Meeting Dates:
Every 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month (except holidays)
Location:
Warner Center Marriott Hotel, 21850 Oxnard Street, Woodland Hills, CA 91367 (Calabasas or Ventura Room)
Time:
6:30 pm to 9:15 pm. Meeting starts promptly at 7:00 pm.
If you arrive after the start, please enter the room quietly so as not to disrupt the meeting.
Parking:
Parking is available at the Marriott and will be validated. There are also some free parking spots on Vasser Avenue, the street just west of the hotel.

“I consider my decision to join Toastmasters as one of the 4 or 5 most important decisions of my life. I remember hating my high school public speaking class. I shook from the moment I entered the classroom to the moment I left. As I matured, I got a little better but I still shook when I spoke before large groups. I knew I needed Toastmasters but my own inhibitions prevented me from taking on that challenge. Finally, I joined with a friend. (Safety in numbers, I thought.) The moment I joined Warner Center Toastmasters, I knew I could overcome my fears. The others members were so warm and friendly; and they told me that deep inside they had the same fears. I started to become involved in giving speeches and filling monitor roles; and the more I did so, the more my fears evaporated. Now there is only a hint of that fear left. I actually enjoy speaking in front of large groups, especially Toastmasters. They are my family. I know it's been said before but if I can do it...anyone can. I just needed Warner Center Toastmasters to help me do it. I feel very proud to call Warner Center Toastmasters my home and its members my family.”
